VETERANS

Whether you "didn't like that war," there are American citizens that risked their lives to fight in our wars. Veterans need to be taken care of, especially those who have amputations, loss of eyesight, post-traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injury. Some of this can lead veterans to commit suicide. Moreover, no veteran should be struggling to keep their jobs living from pay check to pay check to make ends meet. 

 

I call for fully funding and expanding the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and faster processing of compensation claims.

 

Moreover, it is vital to expand mental health services for veterans.
